Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without damage.
The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Customized or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made furniture and special orders.
– Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”
– Used furniture or items damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Approval: Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item to our warehouse.

4. Return Shipping
– Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
– For local returns in Abu Dhabi, our team may assist with pickup at an additional cost.

5. Refunds
– Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
– Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to process.
– Shipping fees and customization charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
– We will replace the product or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
